But the beauty of the PODxt is the ability to tweak the entire “signal chain” and save it as a preset. As with any amp or effects device, you need to tailor it to your guitar and pickups. And the PODxt includes both hardware and software methods of doing it. It is easy to mix amps, cabinets, and effects until you have the exact tone you are looking for. The PODxt allows you find that perfect tone for a song and then save it as a preset. You can then come back days later and get the same exact tone for seamless overdubs.
