The 714CE is a Taylor classic redefined in this year's 714CE Spring Limited Edition with back and sides of Madagascar rosewood that duplicate the look and tone of Brazilian rosewood. The highly figured back is accented with a Madagascar rosewood backstrap adorned with maple and ebony trim and the theme is continued with Indian rosewood binding. The perfect match to such luxurious back and sides is a high grade is Sitka spruce top supported by Taylor's new CV bracing that extracts even more sound from an already big sounding instrument. Uncluttered small dot inlays keep your eyes focused on the wonderful tone woods. This Taylor is one of those rare guitars that once you pick it up, you really never want to put it down.
